What do I need to provide for you to get started?
You'll fill out a quick form after purchase where you can upload your logo, brand colors, preferred fonts (if any), and the content you'd like on the design (such as name, contact info, promotion details, etc.). Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through it step by step!
Will I be able to print the designs anywhere?
Yes! Your final file will be a high-resolution, print-ready PDF with bleed and trim marks — ready for any professional printer. You can use local print shops, online services like Vistaprint, or add printing through us during checkout for convenience.
What if I don’t have a logo or brand colors yet?
No problem! We can still create a clean, professional design using your business name and a style that fits your industry. If you need help with branding, we also offer affordable mini brand kits — just ask!
Can I request changes if I don’t love the first version?
Absolutely. Each order includes 1 round of revision — whether that’s tweaking text, layout, or colors. If you need more, no worries! Additional revisions are available for $25 per round.
How long will it take to receive my design?
Standard delivery is 3 business days from when we receive your completed intake form. Need it sooner? Choose the Rush option at checkout to get it in just 1 business day.
